The topic of Syrian refugee crisis is a daily part of the world news, from Syria to Greece to Germany.   And increasingly the topic moves to the US and Canada, right on our doorstep. How should I think about it?  what can I or we do about it?
For centuries, the Church has been engaged in the “business” of caring for the poor. It is, perhaps, the greatest testament to the Christian faith; that we care for the poor. No other organization in the world responds to those in need like The Church and its members. Of all world religions, we are unique in our capacity to love and to give.
